AMANDA COLEMAN (b. 1981) currently lives and works in Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States. Coleman earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2004. Her work has been exhibited in Seattle and Yakima, as well as in Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor, and Kalamazoo. Coleman won the Grand Prize in the 2014 West Michigan Area Show. Selected collections include Starbucks Corporation and private collections in Boston, Douglas, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Seattle, and Washington DC.
